Please help im only 15 years old (male)

HELP im so worried now ive got a cold sore i think ive touched it and ive touched my penis is it a high % of getting herpes ???? Please Reply it would be a load of my mind

once you have herpes in one area of your body, the chances of getting the same simplex in another area are minimal, there is nothing to be worried about

You are a 15 year old sweaty boy - rashes happen!! You can ask your mom and/or dad to take you to be seen for this. Probably it's folliculitis or a fungal infection but it's well worth being seen. It's not herpes though.

Hey again ive got more worries now .... the area my boxer shorts cover ive got like red marks and in the shower i squeezed 1 that was above my pubic area and now its dark red :S what is it can u tell me

Well you'll probably still be putting your hands down your pants until you are like 98 ;)

Talk to your parents about calling your doctor for a prescription for oral antivirals to take when you have cold sores. I fyou start them at the very first tingle /sign of an impending cold sore it can help ward it off totally but at least it'll help it heal faster and hopefully not get as bad as if you didn't treat it.  Much more effective than just creams and much easier.

u dont know how happy you made me its a great load of my mind ever since some boady said it to me its all ive thought about for the past couple of days and im so glad that i found this website now i can go without thinking about it all the time :)))) and ive started washing my hands every time i apply cream or touch my cold sore and stopped putting my hand's down my pant hehe :P

no, this is not a risk. In the future, washyour hands after touching your cold sores just to err on the side of caution.
