Possible hsv-1 on/in penis?

Hi.  Ive had a burning sensation while urinating for almost 2weeks now.  I did notice some bumps around the head of my penis before these symptoms started to happen.  They werent painful and thought it might just be normal.  But since ive had pain while urinating, trouble keeping a strong stream and sometimes the stream is erratic and shoots all over the place, like its spraying.  There has been some discharge to a point where the penis seems stuck and i have to open it from its glue like seal before going to the bathroom.

I went to get a urinalysis and it came back ok, maybe some signs of wbc in them but nothing too concerning according to my doctor.  Also got tested for gonn and chlam and results were negative since im sexually active.  My exposure has been unprotected oral sex only.

Im really freaking out and would like to know your thoughts on what this could be?  My fear is a form of herpes maybe so does this sound like it could be that?

Please help, thank you and i love what everyone does here and appreciate the forum

This sounds a lot like prostatitis - your urine stream is spraying and weak and those are big symptoms of that. Did your doctor refer you to a urologist?

The bumps could be irritation from the dicharge.

It doesn't sound at all like herpes.
