You can have it swabbed but really doenst appear as herpes. The best way to confirm your herpes status is a blood test
Thanks a lot didn't think of the irritation of the condom. Now my ingrown hairs or possibly cyst sometimes break from movements. Never sores though or ulcers. If this does that could I get it swabbed or does it have to be a larger opening for that? Never any puss or other fluids when that occurs either.
Hi and welcome to the forum. Only testing would confirm if you in fact have herpes but does what your describing appear as a herpes outbreak? No it does not.
The risk for contracting herpes from very infrequent acts where she did not have any vaginal sores and using a condom, would be close to zero. Herpes are not under the skin irritations but open topical sores or razor type cuts.
Also pubic hair can act as a barrier.
It would appear thats it is an inflamed hair folicale from the irritation of the condom as you mention it was right at the ending area.
See a doctor if your concerned.
