Quite confused

Hi,
This is my first post here and I came here because I have read quite a lot of posts and replies and must say this forum helped me overcome my "worried-well" HIV issues. So,thank you!

About 6 months (July 10) ago I had a one and only experience with a csw at a massage parlor. Protected vaginal(5min) unprotected oral. I have tested through quest labs for HSV-1/2(Herpes Select Igg), Third gen HIV, PCR DNA test, and all other provided tests.I've had 5 test dates from two weeks up to 5 months. The only one coming back positive is HSV-1(value 4.74) Which was positive at the first two week test. All others negative.

About 10 days after my experience I felt a slight tingling on the head of my penis, which freaked me out because it was a different feeling. From that point on I experienced slight sick feeling for a few days, night sweats for about two days, then I had one itchy red spot break out on my left inside elbow and the one on the upper outside of my left arm, I experienced extreme fatigue for a few days and had to sleep. Then two itchy red spots showed up on by back. I also had itching on my lower back that produces two very noticeable acne type boils that never really popped. They went away after about a week or so. I also experienced headache, stiff neck and paint in my leg joints and hands. Then after all that passed my ears have been crackling/popping and I have experienced some small amounts of focal issues. At first I thought this was ARS and was really scared. I tested up to 5 months and was stil neg so I think I have let that fear go. I am under the impression that Igg antibodies aren't produced after a recent infection until infection has been established in the body. Only Igm shows up first. Now, to this day I am still very much sensitive to loud noises and have ear crackling/popping and I feel tingling in my hand/feet, arms and legs. I also have small amounts chronic acne going down both sides of my back. I also believe that the sulcus area of my penis had been altered by something that is going on with me.I am circumcised. Sometimes I have slight burning/irritation and have noticed that the sulcus looks like it had developed a slight groove around the upper circumference. Almost as if the skin has become slightly less pliable. When I first felt the sensation on the head of my penis I notices I have white discolored spots on the head. They are not raised at all. Just part of the skin. Maybe they have been there all along but this incident and my anxiety have made me more aware of things going on with my body. I also used to weigh about 150lbs and am now down to 139lbs and my hair has been falling out by the root throughout all of this. I haven't had any visible blister breakout on my penis. Just a redness on the upper right area of my corona. It's like the faintest blood blister ever but it is always there.

My questions are:

1. With such an early positive Igg HSV-1, does that mean that it's a previously acquired infection? Tested positive at two weeks?

2. Any other infections that could sound like the above symptoms from unprotected oral?

3. Could I have caught HSV-1 from the unprotected oral and all of these symptoms be from this?

4. If not, any insight or experience shared would be greatly appreciated.

I have been to my PCP and have had blood tests run. Everything ok. Pancreas ok, Thyroid ok, Gut bacteria ok(had to drink some stuff and breath into a bag). Could this be autoimmune infection in any way triggering my if possible previous HSV-1 infection. I'm so tired of symptom checking and have had tests done with my PCP.

Thanks in advance for any help you can share. Everyone's posts and replies have been a great deal of help to me in overcoming 80% of my anxieties and getting me in to get tested!!

Thank you

Do you think an HSV2 infection would have a delayed ugh positive due to a previous HSV1 infection? I tested at 5 months and still a negative HSV2..

What I mean is can all these symptoms of my system going on stem from a fungal infection triggering other responses in my body?

Not sure what you man by systemic but topical are topical and donot enter the body when they are fungal related.

First of all thank you very much for your comments and help! Could most of these symptoms possibly be systemic from a fungal infection via oral to genital?

Hi.
1. yes, testing after 2 weeks with that number would mean you contracted it before and possibly at childhood.
2. possibly a fungal infection from a change in your skins pH from the oral.
3. testing at 2 weeks would not show a over 4 number.
