Received Oral Sex from monogamous girlfriend who had a cold sore, risks?

I received oral sex from my girlfriend who had a cold sore that has been healing (nearly healed), we didn't stop to think about this prior due to sexual excitement in the moment. Am I in danger? I am quite worried about it. I went and washed immediately with soap and water afterwards upon realizing we had made a mistake. We both have had cold sores before, but never realized that they are potentially HSV-1 since nearly 80% of the population has it. I'm scared and unable to sleep.

I was reading that if you already have HSV1 in the mouth it's pretty impossible to get it on the genitials

If it was clearly healing at tbe time then your risk was minimal. Tbe virus most likely had long since retreated by then

Also, we've been dating for months now and have had plenty of oral/vaginal sex without any signs of problem.
