How do you know it's a yeast infection? Has that been tested and shown to be yeast? Have you tried an oral treatment for that? Sometimes, that's more effective, though that really varies from person to person.
Yeast isn't related to herpes at all. It can occur with herpes, but many people with herpes have no issues with yeast at all.
Since you live in an area with no real herpes testing, you don't know if you already have hsv1 orally. Have you ever had a cold sore on your mouth? About half the adult population has oral hsv1, and 90% will never get any symptoms of that, so you may already have it. If you already have it orally, you can't get it genitally.
If you don't have it orally, yes, you could get it genitally, but chances are lower if the person giving you oral doesn't have a visible sore. It's not a zero chance, but it's lower.
At this point, if you don't have any blisters, I wouldn't worry.
