Hello, thank you for taking the time to read this.
I have a compromised immune system and i'm always(mostly) careful about my well being. This past Friday night I met up with someone I have been talking to and well I couldn't contain myself and made out with such person. Usually I like to have some info on their background but I totally didnt, I've asked her is shes ever had cold sores and she said no, but also mentioned she's never been tested. My question, based on what I've read online, which is not the smartest idea, would I be at risk at all? Is this something I should worry about, or am i just wasting my anxious driven time?
I really like this person, would like to keep seeing them, but I feel like asking again would be overkill.
Of course, I've had "itchy" skin on and around my lips, but nothing there.
Again, thank you for your time :)

I agree with Peter. Just tell her that you'd like both of you to get tested before any sexual activity, especially in light of your compromised immune system. It's a fair request in any situation, and more so in yours. Don't accuse her of having anything, just say you'd like to make sure you are protecting her as much as yourself.

if you like her and want to go ahead in the furture, it 's better to ask her about sexual history. She can't even be sure that she is from herpes or other STIs, and you are, too. So, there's a risk of getting STIs. Both should be honest and get STD tested before enagaging with sex. Don't  forget to wear condoms and use other protective methods every time you have sex
