do i have herpes or something? help please I'm freaking out

Okay this my story. I had sex with this guy i knew for 6 years we started to  date. We had sex 3 times  each time the condom broke, even though we changed the brand each time. He didn't  cum in the condoms or me. And each time he pulled out right away and replaced it.  So the last time we had sex i just started depo(birth control shot) it end up hurting  when i peed for a day went away and then i started my period which  smelled bad. So i went to plan parenthood and explained this to them and i had  a lump that felt like it was on my nerve. It only hurted when i pressed on it and went away like two days later. Anyway the doctor  said she saw signs of a b.v and thats probably  y my period smelled off. I take the pills she gave me and i got tested and screened for cancer.  She never brought up herpes or other stds. So i left it alone. Since  this was ythw first time i took depo. I bled for two almost  3 weeks and still bleeding. I called my doctor to see if she could help she first said my results  were negative. And i could  take some more pills to slow down and stop me from bleeding.  But when i pee it hurts on and off again. My vagina still aches a little. And  now the other side of my anus hurts  a little when i pee. I dont know if thats from sitting in pads for the past couple of weeks or the for of herpes. I touched the area and i can barely feel any pain. Unless i really search. I been on google non stop freaking  out. And the person i was with lied to ke about  how man people they slept with. He said only 3 other girls  the condom broke and he uses condoms with all of them. And he has no stds.  I have no signs besides the area on my butt that burns when i pee. And it hunts my mind i didn't  get tested for all the stds. So my question  is how like am i to have genital  herpes and he showed no signs of having any sores? And if I'm  bleeding still will hsv1 pop up positive cause i had cold sores on my lip be4 and that  mean its in my blood right?  And can i just  get a swab of my vagina  and  the doctors test that or does it have to be an infected area or something?  And by the  way I'm  going to the doctor  on monday to get the rest of my testing. So please help if you can

symptoms of herpes would be blister type sores that develop about a week after exposure and would be painful esp first time outbreaks. Those most at risk for contracting herpes are in long term mono relationships where one partner is infected. You fall into a low risk group. And if he did not have any genital sores at the time your risk would be close to zero.

Hey i had one more question.  I know you said I'm  not  likely to  have herpes but i just got this small cut along my butt crack. I pressed on it it didnt hurt that much  either. Could  this be anything  also would there be more systoms besides blisters , like itching and stuff

So the light burning  on my butt isn't  suggesting  herpes? And from  my situation how likely  am i to have herpes
