Should I be worried?

I just noticed 2 small red spots underneath the head of my penis where my fraenulum is. I think they may be from masturbation, I usually masturbate without lube, I am circumcised and my hands are pretty rough from working out.

I don’t have any other symptoms. I don’t have a fever or body aches, these red spots are not painful or itch. I don’t have any pain when urinating. They don’t look like blisters or ulcers. More like ingrown hairs, theyre bright red and shiny.

I haven’t had sex in the past 2 months but I had unprotected sex with a few girls at the beginning of the year (dumb I know). I got an STD test in February and it came back negative but they didn’t test for herpes. After that test every time I have had sex I’ve used a condom but the girls usually give me oral sex unprotected. None of the girls I’ve had sex with have ever told me they have an STD or had any sort of sores on their genitals.

Should I be worried about these red marks? Should I go get tested? I am worried because I am reading there is a chance for false negatives and false positives with a herpes test
