Still worried about HSV 1 or 2

First, thanks to all of you who have spent time answering my previous questions. As some may recall, I originally posted on here after unprotected oral sex 'in both directions.' Approximately three days later, I developed a serious sore throat, light fever, aches, and then major anxiety. Since then, I've not had any blisters that I know of. However, for the last maybe 10 days, I've had some burning/irritation/aches in the area extending from my lower buttocks to my testicles. I notice it when I sit. I think about it when I stand. I've applied ointment. At any rate, I'm not sure what this is, nor how much of it is generated by my anxiety. I should also say that I've noticed sensations around my lips, definite twitching and a kind of tingling. Reading various posts on this site, I'm well aware of the power of anxiety to generate symptoms. I hope that is the case with me, I don't honestly know. But it certainly has me worried.
