Strange sensation in groin after encounter.

I am a male and I had an encounter with a female sex worker. During the incident she placed a condom on and intercourse somewhat ensued. Feeling uncomfortable I lost my erection and she proceeded to give oral sex with the condom on to try get the erection back. Being unable to get an erection I stopped the encounter and cleaned up and left. During the sex I am uncertain whether the condom 100% stayed on or not as it was dark and I went soft but when the lights came on and she proceeded to give oral the condom was on.
The morning after I had a strange burning like sensation in my upper left groin area right above the penis shaft. 3 days later my foreskin swelled up and on the 4th day the swelling went down and I got a small rash on the tip of the penis. I saw 3 doctors on the 6th day. One doc prescribed Acyclovir 1 a day for 7 days, the other doc prescribed Ciprofloxacin 2 a day for 3 days and Azithromycin 4 tabs for one day and the final doctor prescribed Lotrimin for 3 weeks. Got tested for Clam/Gon HIV Herpes and Syphilis all negative 1st week before taking meds.
The rash went away after a few days but the weird burning sensation stayed coming and going and at one point got pretty intense. Week 3 the upper groin area got a little tender as burning sensation stayed but it comes and goes as well. Got tested again at 25 days. Results for Clam/Gon HIV Herpes and Syphilis remained negative.
Week 4 now I went to see a uro about this burning / tender sensation and he diagnosed me with anxiety and focusing on the area too much and recommended another Herpes test just in case even though he says he doesn't think is Herpes as I had no Lesion, Blisters or Fever / Flu Symptoms the entire month and also I tested negative twice. Can someone help me and tell me what this burning / tender sensation that comes and goes in the groin area can be!?

That's hard to say. Only thing I can tell you is herpes doesn't act this way. I wish you luck on solving the issue

Thanks feeling. I am sorry to keep bothering you. But just want to know, how does herpes act? And how many people would actually show symptoms of herpes? Just want to ease my mind a little bit. Thank you so much.

Thanks so much feeling for all your help! The only thing that really bothers me is the groin burning sensation and pain that I feel. You said it doesn't sound like herpes and docs said it's probably psychological. What could it be and how can I make it go away?

They are all wrong on the testing. I'm not surprised. You can have 100 tests over 6 weeks and it means very little. The igg blood test looks for antibodies you will make if you contracted hsv. Most will test possitive by 8 weeks. That's why the 8 week Mark is a good indicator. For some it takes longer. That's why 12 weeks is the mark. The western blot test needs 16 weeks to be conclusive.
All that being said. You had a low risk exposure and in the absence of actual lesions I wouldn't recommend testing.

Thanks so much feeling for all of your help. The only thing that bothers me now is this groin burning sensation and pain that I feel. You said my symptoms doesn't sound like herpes and the docs says it's psychological and anxiety. What do you think it can be and how can I rid of it? The feelings come and go randomly even when I don't think about it. But I do notice the symptoms alleviates slightly when I don't think about it. I want to make sure it alleviates a bit because I don't think about it and not just ignoring symptoms for a possible std. Thanks again!

Yes, you will read that burning etc... can be hsv in the absence of lesions. I know of one expert with 30 years experience in a busy std clinic. She said she has seen this three times. So it is incredibly rare.
Your tests are not accurate at this time. 8 weeks is a good indicator and after 12 weeks you can consider it conclusive.
Have you gone to the dr?

Yes I saw a few docs today and yesterday General Practitioner, Urologist and Dermatologist and they all gave different opinions on conclusive test dates. GP says state health dept. Requires 6 weeks to declare std free. Uro says since I did it twice and twice is negative that I am pretty much ok but he gave me test orders for today for HSV to confirm (making it 4 1/2 wks). And Dermatologist says 2 months am ok. They all physically examined and said am ok and they all said that the groin pain is psychological and is probably as a result of guilt and stress since it happened at my bachelor's party in which I do feel both. I personally am still feeling these burning sensations and pain in my groin even when am not thinking about it. Not too sure how that's possible. Still not 100% convinced it's psychological because I can physically feel these sensations. Still worried it can be herpes. Question I also read online that 80% of people with herpes don't have symptoms as lesions or blisters till alot later as in weeks or months later. That worries me. Can you explain?
And also what do you think about these conclusive dates that the docs gave me? They said since I have no real symptoms and no positive labs as yet (at 3 1/2) weeks the chances of being herpes is very low. Should I adhere by their dates?

I agree with the last dr you saw and this does not sound like hsv at all. You had protected oral and vaginal Intercourse. This is extremely effective for any single encounter.

Thank you feeling. But my thing is last night I woke up to some intense burning and tenderness in the groin area. When I lay face down the heat seemed to build up and it woke me 3 times. I haven't had any lesions or blisters but I read online that herpes can give burning sensations without lesions or blisters. How reliable are the my tests at 1 week and 3 1/2 weeks being negative? Also skin to skin contact is enough to transfer herpes.
Also keep in mind I am not 100% certain condom stayed on during the sex and she did rub a bit on my groin area while on top. Thanks.
