Suppressive Therapy Medication From Mexico

Anyone ever travled to Mexico for HSV-2 Suppressive Therapy Medication? I've been thinking about going to one of the border towns to buy some medication specifically Acyclovir. I'm working full time and am covered through my insurance for prescription meds and Dr's visits, but later on in the future will need to cut my full time job to possibly part time or less as I will be starting nursing school and willl not have the time to work as much with my time for school. Any insight would be helpful and appreciated!

I'm not sure that's what I am asking I know it's easier to obtain such types of medicines in a border town and bring them back, but only a certain amount so I'm asking if anyone has done this and gone to Mexico for such reason. The only reason I ask is because I know I won't be able to afford my insurance once I start school and will having to cut back financially and won't be able to keep up with my monthly prescription.
You do not need insurance to buy Valcyclovir cheaply.  I use GoodRX.  com.  You can buy 3 months supply 1gram pills from Target if you are in the USA for around $60!  I never even show my insurance card when I go to the pharmacy.  Insurance is pretty much worthless anymore in the USA unless you get hit by a truck or get the dreaded cancer.
I’ve been purchasing all of my meds in Mexico (specifically Los Algodones) for about five years.  I think that you are allowed 90 days worth of meds per trip.  I’ve been getting Inderal (Propranolol), Cozaar (Losartan), Atorvastatin, Omeprazole, Aciclovir (Acyclovir) and declaring them every trip.  No problems!  Rx isn’t required.  You will not be able to purchase DEA regulated meds, i.e. Oxycodone, etc.  Be smart and don’t even ask or talk to a salesperson about them.
