Symptoms of Herpes

Does it mean I have herpes at times I've had itching in the groin area, burning sensation when I urinate as well as irritation, there was blood in my urine. A doctor said it sounds like i have a uti and gave me medication, and that took away irritation and much of the burning. there is still slight burning, but not as significant i don't feel any type of itching, blood came back a while back another doctor thinks it may be herpes...would these symptoms be herpes or could it be i did something to re irritate the penis for blood to come out. I do have a habit of masturbating by rubbing me penis against blankets. I havent had actually oral sex since 2014, and no anal since december 2012. 2013, I got gonorrhea but went to a clinic and now every other test shows no gonorrhea..would the clinics have checked for herpes in the blood draw i did for hiv and other stds, or did i need a specific test or as them to also do herpes? could I have gotten herpes when I got gonorrhea and not notuced? are these symptomps of herpes?

These are not really symptoms of herpes. It's rare to have lesions inside the urethra and none on the outside of the penis as well. Herpes wouldn't cause this issue for an extended period of time and antibiotics would have no effect on herpes. Hard to say if they tested you for hsv. You can always get an igg bloodtest. IGG ONLY!! No igm testing. Even if the dr wants to. If he wants to give you an igm test then he doesn't know much about hsv and testing. Igm tests are unreliable and wrought with false positives. Even the CDC is against igm testing for hsv.

I have this little bump or as the doctor says a healed up scab on the penis head right by the split where the urine comes out. Idk like after the medication for uti, no irritation or serious burning. They did a test for herpes today, but idk if everything was herpes, or not. Would I have it for that long,and no other doctor recognized it? is blood in urine even one of the possible symptoms of herpes.. So no blood test at clincs would catch herpes, if i didn't specicially ask for it?

You would have to contact the clinic and see if they tested you. Lesions can bleed but this isn't real common and hsv isn't known for causing blood in the urine.
All you can do is wait for the results. Unfortunately hsv bloodtests for hsv should be done 12 weeks from exposure. The test looks for antibodies and not the virus itself. It takes time to build the antibodies
