Terrified of herpes, pain in urethra, Please please help.

Okay, so a few days ago I asked a question about receiving unprotected oral from a sex worker. No response. Now 8 days later I am experiencing dull urethra pain constantly, with relieve when I pee and also the urge to urinate more.
I know that usually when it's herpes, then there should be a large amount of pain when I urinate. However I'm very nervous I'm experiencing an outbreak in my urethra, and the sores haven't yet developed which is why I'm not yet feeling pain.
I'm terrified at the thought of herpes, and all i did was receive unprotected oral for about 5 minutes.
Someone please tell me if this sounds like it could be herpes or something else they've experience, and if not what it could be.
It's the second day I've felt this pain and I really cannot relax.
Since I have no visible marks I'd like to think it could just be a uti but it just seems like too much of a coincidence.
I really really just want to go home and be checked and I'm still. Here for 3 more days.
I have also not had any discharge, but as I said this makes me suspect herpes even more, because maybe sores haven't developed yet.
I know first of all it seems unlike to contract herpes from my situation, then unlikely to show symptoms, then even more unlikely for it to only be in my urethra.
But I have read up on similar people with the exact same problem who ended up having herpes.
I'm begging someone with any knowledge or experience to help.

Relax. You could have an inflamed urethra from gonorrhea or NGU. How long until you go back to the UK? If it's longer than a couple of days, you may end up very ill from leaving this untreated. You could also cause permanent damage to your fertility if it's either of those.

I have no idea why you are focused on herpes, but you are doing yourself a serious disservice by doing so. We don't ask much here, but we do ask that you read our responses. Both spooked and I mentioned other things that this could be, and you need to hear that. It could be very dangerous for you if you don't.

An update.

I know have a red puffed up urethra. Almost certain that it's a herpes outbreak on my urethral opening.

I'm still waiting to go home and get tested, but it seems to be the only explainination with the symptoms I've had.

WARNING TO EVERYONE. DO NOT HSBE UNPROTECTED ORAL SEX, NO MATTRR HOE MANY TIKES THIS FORUM OR ANY OTHER WEBSITE TELL YOU IT IS LOW RISK. I RECEIVED ONE TIME ORAL SEX FOR 5 MINUTES SND THIS IS THE OUTCOME.

Thank you both for the response. I'll be checked as soon as I am back home in the UK. Do you know if it's possible that being in Thailand where the water is not safe to drink, a hotter climate etc. That I'm more likely to get a UTI? I want to assume this is what it is as it's now the third day of feeling this pain but no signs of any other herpes symptoms, and through research I've found that usually I should have lesions or an outbreak within days of feeling discomfort.

Also, I may have noticed a slight swelling in urthera opening, but no discolouring. Could this be an early sign of an outbreak or would I expect it to be discoloured?

Thank you for any and all responses

Totally agree with spooked1111. This could be many things, like gonorrhea, NGU, a UTI. You need to get this checked. and soon.

You can start testing as soon as 6 weeks post exposure, if the pain persists for more than 3 weeks then you can rule out herpes as herpes initial outbreak cannot be longer than 3 weeks.. It can be many things, possibly a bacterial infection or UTI

Also, I guess I'd like to know if anyone has ever experienced or if it's normal to feel this dull pain in your urethra before the sores show up. If not it would ease my mind alot because I feel absolutely no discomfort when urinating, and I know herpes in your urethra is said to be extremely painful

You can’t know if it’s herpies without sores or a blood test as it shareable to many symptoms. Have you considered getting a test?

I plan on getting a test once I'm home, but herpes won't even turn up in blood for 3 months and as I said no visible sores.
