Unprotrotected sex, bumps less than 24 hrs later

So i had unprotected sex with a woman on sunday morning. Then monday morning on both sides on the shaft i noticed small white bumps. A grouping of thr bumps on either side. There was no pain or itching until i saw them, so im concerned the itching is caused by my fear of having caught something. I rubbed the bumps with a tissue and they are no longer white, and only slight redness in the area. Would herpes symptoms appear that quickly, and are the symptoms even sounding like herpes? Also the woman in question is dating a coworker of mine, so could my guilt have created false symptoms?

If the bumps are white it would indicate that it has puss inside so it maybe infected hair follicles also but for sure its not std related

Hi, no STD including herpes appears the next day but may be an irritation from the act itself.
