Herpes infection

Hi, so I had oral sex with a guy who sucked me off 3 times, I recently have come to find out that he has tested positive for both Herpes simplex virus 1 and 2 but he did not show any signs of cold sores or herpes on the genitals, and he did not know he had these either, we had no penetration just oral sex. I was wondering what are the chances that I may have contracted something?

you'd have to be seen and have it looked at. no way for us to guess and know.

Ok i will get tested but i was wondering, I have a small bump on the shaft of my penis, its not red just kind of a small bump and has a little scabbing over it, it never turned red, or inflamed, and never had any liquid or anything in it, im not sure if its just from masturbating that it got that way, but could this be herpes as well?, its just one bump

it's well worth seeking out herpes igg blood testing at some point just to know your status in general for future partners.

if it's been more than 3 weeks and you've had no symptoms, no reason to worry.

always protect yourself and only have protected sexual contact!! not worth the risk or the worrying from unprotected sexual contact.

have you ever been tested for herpes before?  can't recall from your previous post on std if you were or not.
