Worried about herpes or other STD

I'm still unable to tell if I have herpes or another STD or what I'm hoping for something less serious. Something must be wrong, it cannot just be anxiety at this point.  I'll be going to the doctor this sunday. I have been feeling an irritating lingering feeling around my groin and inner thighs. Also shooting soreness around that area as well. Almost like a pressure. I had a protected encounter with somebody I dont know 4 months but there was skin contact with fluids so I was previously worried about this. I received a full panel test two weeks after the encounter and everything came up negative. I was in a long relationship with somebody I trusted so it is extremely unlikely that she would cheat on me or at least without protection. I had a lot of unprotected sex with her including anal sex. I was thinking its possible that I got a UTI even though it is less common. It is not painful when I have sex or urinate, it is actually a relieving feeling. I have been urinating at least 5-6 times a day. I have not had one visual symptom except for one small skin tag on my scrotum. My testicles get shooting pains as well. I havent experienced any fevers sickness or headaches. I never received a urine test at the doctors the last time I went. Extremely worried this could be a lot worse like HIV but I know it is very unlikely.

Hi, since your first post on aug 7th have you seen a doctor and were these questions already answered? Bottom line is that a std symptom would be a white penis discharge and burning while urinating.
Herpes would be blister or razor type sores that would appear about a week after exposure.
