So stressed.

On July 25th of this year I made a huge mistake and cheated on my wife...

It's been a month and I'm still extremely worried.

During my encounter i had unprotected oral sex from 2 women and protected vaginal sex with 1 of them... Oral 1 - 5 minutes each of them on me..

My experience was 1 week later I started to notice a small amount of clear to white discharge...

Following these symptoms i visited a planned parenthood and submitted urine to test for chlamydia and gonoreah..

The test came back negative i was given  zythromax 4 pills 1 dose... Roughly 1 week later the symptoms of discharge were gone...

Shortly after I noticed a rash form on the head of my penis which I then visited a urgent care for...

I submitted an additional urine sample which came back negative..

The nurse called the rash dermatitis possible from milking the discharge from my penis daily.

I was given a prescription a cream and a shot of rosephin and now the rash has subsided..

Still being stressed and worried after 5 wks i took a blood test for hiv and herpes 1 2 all tests came back negative..

I plan to retest in 3 months to recheck for herpes and hiv to ensure I am okay of these 2...

I am not sure if my symptoms are psychological or if there is a real issue...

I have a tingle every so often in the end of my penis No pain. No apparent lesions as of yet. I sometimes feel as if I'm sore or itchy arround the upper part of my buttox and rectum... Possibly a little discomfort at the end of urination...

I am a wreck and just wish I had never made this horrible mistake.. Any insight would be appreciated..
My biggest worries are hsv2 and hiv...

:(

Please help..

The testing is accurate, you did not acquire herpes from the episode of concern.

How big was or is the rash?  Any irritation or discomfort?  Any other "symptoms"?

Last question.. I tested just shy of 3 months. I have read 12 to 16 weeks is good to wait for these type of tests.. Should I retest at 16 weeks just to be sure?

Okay. I will not trouble you any further. Thank you again for your responses to my questions.

Having sybacious cysts made this whole experience much more nerve racking. Thanks again.

The HSV2 test is extremely accurate and conclusive. You do not have genital herpes given the results and absence of any aligned symptoms.

It has been roughly 12 weeks since my encounter. I have gone for my second hsv screening from lab test now.

The results were negative for hsv1 and 2.. I hate to take time away from anyone, but would you consider the igg herpes 2 test accurate??

1 thing I failed to mention is I suffer from sybacios cysts on the scrotum and I am constantly thinking anything and everything that pops up on my scrotum is herpes related...

Your insights would be appreciated.. Thanks in advanced.

No male has been infected with HIV from receiving oral sex. Transmission requires access to the blood stream which is rare in protected sex and even unprotected sex with a female.

There is also nothing suggesting a genital herpes infection. Your tests at 12 weeks will be conclusive and will be negative.
