I am a 41 swiss male and i’ve had unprotected oral sex with a prostitute ten days ago (receptive partner). I’ve allready passed all std test (2 days ago) : all negatifs. However, i’am woorying about herpes. The skin around my anus is itching since 5 days (no others symptoms). Could be anal herpes?. Can the virus hvs manifest in this area after a really short  oral sex performed on my penis?
Do i have to worried about? Please answer me, i am really stressed.

I personally am very confident this isn't hsv. That being said why not just go and have it looked at by a dr or dermatologist

The vast majority of outbreaks will happen at the spot of infection. Within a inch or so. Is it possible to have the outbreak on your anus. Yes but nothing you describe sounds even remotely like herpes. Itching is not an indicator or symptom of a primary.

The odds are very high that you are fine. Nothing tou describe sounds even remotely like herpes. Your itch is not a symptom of hsv. Ten days and no lesions further prove that you didn't contract hsv from this. I wouldn't worry at all
