balanitis? herpes? chlamydia?

"Penis head red with tiny bumps when erect.. Those dots are not at all visible at normal times and I could not show them to Doctor though... I had urine test done I had no bacteria in it...... I was cleared of uti..... I want to know anyone know what this could be... if so..  did you solve this problem.. Please help me...  foreskin is a bit red

Hi, these have all the appearances of your normal skin pores. The penis head is full of blood and and would appear as penis head tiny red bumps.

Herpes sores would be viable at all times, not just when erect and they usually don't affect the penis head, it's usually the shaft or pubic mound.
