Should I be worried about hsv2
This was the results on my panel of std test should I be worried? HSV 2 IGG, TYPE SPECIFIC AB 1.02 HIGH. I haven’t had physical contact with anyone for over 2 years now.

Technically, that's an equivocal score - not positive, not negative. Positive is 1.10.
You can get another IgG if you want to see what it says, or you can get a Western Blot test.
If it were me, I wouldn't worry if you haven't had any symptoms, because there's a very good chance this is negative, but I'm not you and can't tell you what to do.

Yes, but it's a bit tricky.
The testing guidelines state that anything over a 1.10 is positive. Most experts and the CDC believe that anything under a 3.5 needs to be confirmed. After 4 months, if you had it, I'd expect your number to be higher, too, which is why I wouldn't worry if it were me.
If it were me, I'd call it a fluke and move on, but I can't make that decision for you.
