could this be something other than HSV-2!!!??

hello, okay this all started a couple months ago when i noticed several very small bumps on penis around the shaft area, being the idiot that i am i took a pair of tweezers and snipped off each one (about 4 total) now prior to this there was no pain or itching or anything . the areas healed and the bumps were gone. but a week or so later i had an outbreak of a read custer of bumps on my sctrotum this soon disappeared but i was plagued with severe itching in the genital region but without any sores or bumps. soon afer i began getting bumps on my scrotum , and underside of my penis they look like red clusters or legions. some do look like a pimple and will pop with effort but only a few contain a very small amount of fluid. they have no spread to my inner thighs and some even are popping up on my forearm! and shoulder even a small red bump similar to the ones in my groin area on my foot! they dont each hardly at all but some do sting to the touch in the genital area. I have not had sex with anyone unprotected in years and have not put myself at risk with anyone with HSV-2 that i know of, is there anything else this could be!!? i have had this condition for about a month and a half with really no changes in the rash except for some will heal and go away but the redness never disappears and it then comes back in the same area. the ones that do turn into a sort of sore do heal but do not crust over as ive heard HSV does there is light sluffing of my skin in the genital region as well. thank you and sorry for the length of this iam very scared and dont want to lose my girlfriend over this as i have not cheated and this just popped up out of no where. oh i have no pain at all besides a slight sting if touched and i have been feeling well otherwise.

Here's the thing - you evidently still have not seen your provider for these symptoms correct?  Why are you continuing to waste time asking this online instead of going to be seen? It's obviously bothering you and all we could do is guess about what is going on. You need the advice of a medical practioner who is able to see your symptoms and properly evaluate them.  Pick up your phone and schedule an appointment.

okay well let me elaborate is it possible though for herpes to pop up all over the body like this? i have these pimples/sore things that are on my lower leg one on my thumb (ontop) and one even by my arm pit. they do pop and some emit what looks like puss, the rash on my genitals will heal within a week or two and sometimes it looks as if it is completely gone except for one red bump and then i break out all over again this has been contiuning for i would say over a month of these continueous outbreaks so this does not sound like herpes you say? im just very nervous over this and the extreme itching at time is horrible and they have spread all over my thighs and inner thighs some very low they are visible when i wear shorts not all pop either some just are raised red what look like welts which take a long time to fade away.

this isn't herpes.  Herpes would not continue to spread like this over such a large area continuously over a months time.

You need to first off STOP PICKING AT THEM!!!  Call your provider in the morning and make an appointment to be seen this week for the rash that is worsening to get better answers.
