Ok so three months ago i had unprotected sex with some girl i did not know. Five weeks ago i started having a bad pain in my penis after i would masturbate or sometimes pee, and i felt like i always had an urge to get up and pee to relieve the pain. Well the doctor said i prostatitis and prescribed me to cipro. The day after i leave her office i have terribe pains in my groins and my but itches the place between my but  and penis itches and hurts. And i after i ejaculate sometimes it huts re=ally bad almost like its sore. but my pains would radiate down my legs and it sometime itches. Im scarred i have herpes but i have read the symptoms only last two to three weeks and im going on five. I get really bad ingrown hairs i have gotten them since i was in highschool and i do get those but other than that i have no had an outbreak or anything just this burning painful pain in my legs groin pubic area and penis. Could this be caused by prostatitis or do i have herpes. I have never had an outbreak and im really worried and i need some help.

most likely folliculitis or even a fungal infection. see your provider for a proper exam.

i am getting these red bumps on my legs just like two or three on each leg and they hurt its just red and some ave a little white head that pops real easily these bumps come and go about two to thre days and are gone then a new one will occor when they pop they hurt a little idk what it is my pubic area is red but has been like that for three days could this be like a yeast infection or some bacterial infection, or ingrown hairs idk i just dont want it to be herpes

so what do you think it is i just am worried its herpes.....its the sixth week and i do now have a redness in my pubic area with no bumps itches and burns a little but not bad really.....im just worried is all

these sound like prostatitis symptoms more than anything.

you also can get itching from fungal infections from being on antibiotics.  plenty of otc antifungal creams out there to try.

did you cover your full std testing bases at the proper times after your unprotected encounter? you can get tested for gonorrhea, chlamydia, ngu and trich anytime after 1 week post encounter. syphilis after 6 weeks. herpes, hiv and hepatitis after 3 months. we don't have commercially available hpv tests to cover that base properly.
