Concerned about herpes

About 2 months ago I received unprotected oral from a questionable person. Within a week I started feeling a tingling sensation in my testicles. The tingling was periodic but every day. Soon after, I began urinating very frequently and I also noticed a slight irritated feeling in the tip of my urethra that would last for a couple seconds and then go away. This lasted for about a week and then seemed to get better. Around this time I went and got tested for gonorrhea and chlamydia, both of which came back negative. Things seemed to return to normal for about 2 weeks except for occasional tingling in my testis. Since then I have had the same thing happen twice..frequent urination, tingling, slight pain/irritation in urethra. Recently I noticed two small bumps that look like pimples in my pubic area just below the belt line. They don't hurt but sometimes itch a little bit...nothing serious. They have been there for about 2 weeks now without much change. Still have tingling pretty much anytime I'm sitting down. Also, A few days ago I noticed some kind of sore in my mouth, way in the back, high up on my upper gum line. I didn't give oral or use my mouth for anything. I have no idea if it's related. Does any of this sound like herpes? I'm very concerned, especially since this was my first sexual encounter and I don't generally live a promiscuous lifestyle. Any ideas?

Yes, very low.  While it is possible that people with HSV 2 infection orally can shed virus, it happens very infrequently and HSV 2 is more often only a genital infection.

Thanks for your answer! So the risk of getting hsv-2 from receiving oral is little or none? Am I understanding this correctly?

I don't think that any of this sounds like herpes to me.  Have you ever had a cold sore on your lip in you lifetime?  The risk of acquiring herpes from receiving oral sex is HSV 1, not HSV 2.  If you have ever had a cold sore on your lip or nose, it is very unlikely that you will acquire herpes in a new place of that same type.

Although herpes lesions can occur near the belt line, most often they are lower.

I think many people don't realize that there are other things that can cause urethritis other than gonorrhea or chlamydia.  If you continue to have abnormal sensations in the penis or discharge, I would encourage you to visit your health care provider and ask for a gram stain of the urethra to see if you have any pus cells in there.

It is also possible that this will pass completely soon and is just a little normal bacteria from the other person't mouth.

Could any of this be caused by anxiety?

You should continue to see a doctor until the problem can be found. That's not normal at all. I'm not quite sure what you might have but it does sound concerning.
