Cant tell if Im having another herpes outbreak?

I have gential hsv1 for about 6 years now. I got my initial outbreak around my anus. I havent had an outbreak in probably about 4 years.  I had some pain while pooping a few weeks ago and small amounts of blood on the toilet paper recently. The pain subsided a few days later then after that I noticed these small flat red spots inside my anal canal. They are red in color and there are quite a few. They are completely painless, no itching or burning like i got with my initial ones and they are not in the same location. These spots went away after a week or so and then I recently noticed more of them today. Could this be another outbreak? Im confused because they dont hurt at all even when i put pressure on them like my other outbreak and the fact that them some appeared, went away, and then they appeared again a few days/maybe a week later. Is this an outbreak or something else I should be concerned about?

Now this is important, what cam back positive for HSV1. Was it an IgG blood test or was it the swab? Do you still have the results? Were they both positive?

What sexual activity occurred in the week before your first sores?

And also the fact that some spots appear, go away and then lots more show up a few days later. The spots are very small, only notice using a magnifying mirror, unlike my first two which I could see clearly. They look like very tiny cuts.

My first outbreak was on the outer skin of my anus like right around the outside. I was given a blood test and culture back then came back positive for hsv1. I've only had 2 outbreaks that I'm aware of, the last one being about 4 yeears ago. It don't really get any outbreaks at all. Now these spots im having at the moment are inside my anal canal, pretty down in there and the lining is raised/swollen almost and I have pain when pooping but when I touch the spots there is no pain or itching at all.

To evaluate the diagnosis was correct for HSV and then type, where was the initial outbreak relative to this outbreak etc.

Let's start with how you were diagnosed with genital HSV1? What was your sexual history on the week before the diagnosis?
