irritation on anus and bump on penis

Hello,  I recently had unprotected sex with a woman and I am not aware of her history. Following days I had soreness then I experienced skin irritation in the genital and anal area...also a bump (not painful and still their18 days later) in the area between scrotum and anus. Have also expreienced tingly and sore sensations.  Last night (17 days later) I noticed a single red bump/blister on the lower part of my penis and today had a pin size discharge. With all these symptoms I am very concerned to say the least. I have always experienced soreness but never had symptoms like this. I did have a physical three days following this sex and did get tested for STD's. My Dr. took a sample of a tiny bump I was concerned about (that had been there for a while) and gave a urine sample....everything (viral/bacterial) came back negative. I was not experiencing any off my current symptoms at time of testing. I am going to contact the Dr. but looking for some guidence....please help. Thank you.

no reason to wait 6 months. the time frames I listed are for the time after the encounter in question.

continue to follow up with your provider each time you have symptoms.

Thanks for the response. I was not aware of time frames you mentioned.  Although, I did not schedule my physical because of my encounter with this woman....it was pure coinsidence and thought it was a good idea to get tested for STD's. The new symptoms didn't occur until after my testing so that was not why I did the test. The bump I mentioned before is gone after a few days and did not crust up nor was it painful and my anus isn't irrated anymore. I do still have occasional soreness in my penis but nothing new. The soreness is why I got tested in the first place which all tetsted came back negative. I am still worried because of the soreness....maybe something was over looked.....and I am even more concerned now then before because of the newer (brief) irratation symptoms I experienced that I can't get tested for 6 months?  Please let me know what your thoughts are based on my first question and this response.
Thanks again.

testing 3 days post encounter was far too early for any of the testing you had done to be accurate :(  You totally wasted your time and money.

since you have new symptoms, you need to return again for further exam.

you can test for chlamydia and gonorrhea anytime after 1 week post encounter. syphilis after 6 weeks. herpes and hiv after 3 months.
