my story

In the last week of May I was promiscuous.  I was with 5 women in different sexual ways.  I did not have unprotected intercourse.  But I did have unprotected oral sex with 4 of them.  I also rubbed my penis against their panties without a condom on.  Only when I put it inside I made sure to have a condom on.  A week later, on June 7, I noticed four pink spots on the shaft of  my penis.  They did not hurt or itch or anything.  A day or two later my penis started tingling in the nutsack nonstop.  On June 15 I went to the gym and came back really sore in my lower back, buttocks and legs.  Also since June 15 I have experienced a lot of tenderness and pressure in my penis and also itching.  I do not think it is localized to the spots. It is now June 22 and the spots are gone.  But the tingling, soreness, tenderness - that continues.  I feel sensitivity in the peehole.  Also at night my nutsack itches.  One night I woke up because my foot was itching like crazy.  I have never had this before.

The spots were never raised nor did they hurt.  Also as far as I can tell I did not develop blisters or anything I have seen on the internet.  There was never pain in the spots.

I called planned parenthood and they said since there are no sores I have to wait 3 months to get a blood test.

Do I have herpes?

And where can I get a blood test anonymous and free?  I don't have insurance.

acyclovir is for cold sores too.

follow up on all your testing to be sexually responsible and so you can move forward from this :)

Thanks....I did not actually go to PP because I had no sores to present and they told me they need sores to test, otherwise it is too soon.  My symptoms are not consistent with gonorrhea, chlamydia and ngu.

I did have an HIV scare in the past where I was negative but somehow in a hypocondriac way exhibited all the symptoms.

Also one of the girls I was with had aciclovir lying around.  I asked her what is was for and she insisted that she did not have herpes....

did you have basic std testing done for gonorrhea, chlamydia and ngu when you were seen at PP?  these are all risks from unprotected oral sex. did they also examine your prostate manually?

these don't sound like herpes going on at all.  follow up on your aches and pains with your regular provider.  you can test at the 3 month mark for peace of mind ( as well as to be sexually responsible ).

no place I know of that offers free and anonymous herpes igg blood testing.
