regular blister or herpes?

i noticed my bf had a single blister/sore on the shaft of his penis, it is very small but it has been there for about 2weeks... does a blister takes so long to heal? is it something else? i'm  a bit worried...

he really needs to be seen and get a proper exam to get a better idea of what is going on. type specific herpes igg blood testing appears to be iffy where you have listed you live for you both to seek out testing. A visual exam is a good start for him though at this point.'

No, it doesn't.  But you should both get tested so you know your status.

Does your boyfriend know what his hsv status is?  Have the two of you ever been tested?
