small skin colored dots herpes?

Dear Drs,
I had protected sex with female CSW in asia, lost erection midway, so condom rolled up half way from bottom, she kept rolling it back down. tried to get me going with hand but to no avail. finally just took condom off and gave HJ. could there be indirect infection from hand of any STDs? few days later noticed above pubic hair area a couple of pimples, probably folliculitis, but freaked out. two weeks after event had blood test for HSV and Syphilis, both negative. a week later was so worried that went and got IV antibiotic + antibiotic pills anyway in case Syphilis etc. a couple days later noticed two small areas or rough skin on underneath part of penis, where skin is very foldy when limp. didn't know what to think of it, keep freaking out about HPV. they are tiny dots clustered around two areas, but irregular shape area, no puss or blister just skin colored dots. mostly flattens out when erect or stretch with hand. went back to Dr (5 weeks after event) he said might be HSV or bacterial infection. gave antibiotic cream. after having had antiviotic IV and pills, could i still have skin infection? Does it sound like HSV or HPV or is it just irritation / bacterial infection?
thanks!

i had a swab culture test done and it was negative, but i guess so long after the exposure the test isn't very accurate. the doctor said it didn't look like herpes to him. i might go for another blood test later. thanks for your help!

Herpes would not stick around for 6 weeks straight, usually a primary outbreak is quite significant, however this doesn't happen with everyone so I still say if you continue to worry about it then get checked for your own peace of mind....I don't think your spots have anything to do with Herpes .....

it is now 6 weeks post encounter and the bumps are still there. still no blistering or other symptoms. is it possible for first HSV infection to behave like this? how long does it take for blisters to go away if it is HSV-2?

CSW's don't usually have STD's as they are checked more regularly than most people are, but in view of your concerns over this encounter I would advise you to go to an STD/GUM Clinic and have a full STD screening done you will have to ask that they add HSV as this is not tested for in routine screening .......
If you don't have the proper tests done you will just continue to worry regardless of what anyone says ...... it's impossible for anyone here to make a definare diagnosis anyway and it's silly to try to self diagnose ....... it's only a few minutes of your time to get tested and will take away your anxiety about STD's .......
