Can herpes create sores on the scalp>
Is it possible that scalp sores that have puss and crust over are signs of the herpes virus? I have been diagnosed with genital herpes and I have been trying to think if I had prior signs of the virus and the only thing that I can think of was the two sores that were on my scalp a couple of months prior to the out break. One at the top of my scalp and one at the back.
Grace, are you a nurse or doctor? How do you know sores on the scalp are not herpes?
