Probably in the wrong forum..But it deals with dermatology

My sister said she has had these skin problems and every-time the sun hits it or she starts sweating, they start irritating her skin in the same spot. I suggested it might be a hookworm because of the photo or skin cancer from the sun, but I'm trying to see if it's something different than that. Obviously, she needs to see a dermatologist, but is there any ideal that you guys might think what it is?

Thanks.

None of them are open wounds, so I don't think there contagious. They seem to be isolated on both shoulders in the same fashion.

I son't know anything about this, I would post this question in the dermatology forum, they may have more answers. It doesn't sound like H.S. though. Sorry I couldn't be of more help!
