I am 48 year old man. My problem is varying BP levels. In hospital,  most readings are around 140/80 since 2010.
But it varies when monitored at home. it varies from 125/70 to 165/95 during night.I wake up when BP goes high at nigh. When i check BP  it shows 165/95.
It affects my daily life.  Tightness in heart. Frothy urinaton(albumin). Heart palpitation, missing beats.
I disturbed by this for the last ten years.
My heart rate at rest go below 54/minute
Do i need BP medication?
can Emotional problems rise BP level high? I am a divorcee,  i am always anxious for reason.
my work nature is sedentary.
My blood test reports are ok.  Minerals,  hormones,  vitamins are all normal.
I Can not sleep continuosly more thsn 3 hours. I open eyes with high palpitation and bp
some Doctors prescribed BP medication. But i am not taking it as other doctors adviced for walking,  exercise and saltless diet.
But nothing happened.Still my sleepless night, frothy urine,  dusturbed heart persists and annoying me from having a peaceful life.
Is this high bp any bodymechanism to overcome reduced heart rate?
