Can you eventually be taken off your blood pressure med?

If your bp is controlled, can the bp med be discontinued?

That's a great question!  I think I'd be inclined to think someone could stop their bp medication IF they have done some lifestyle changes such as added an exercise program to their life on a regular basis, worked on cleaning up their diet, lost weight.   If those steps have been taken, perhaps they could try without medication but should ONLY do so if they check with their doctor first.
