Hypertension & ED

I am 33 years old.Height 5.8 and weight 85kg. I have hypertension and ED issues as well.

my BP is around Systolic(170-190) & Diastolic (110-130) at various times.Currently, not taking medications.

Since I have ED issues, I dont want to worsen the situation by taking BP medications.

I read some BP medicine category less likely to have ED(ACE Inhibitors,Calcium Channel Blockers and Angiotension 2 receptor blockers).

Could you please help how to handle this situation ?

Hi there. you need prompt medical review.. Without delay to be honest.  The current numbers may be causing the ED already. Yes the meds do make it worse very often. Just the major priority right now is your BP. Its bordering on a serious level so you are going to have to put your ED worries on the back burner for a while until the BP is controlled.
I don't want to alarm you but if you ignore it, the ED may become the least of your worries. Go to your doctor today
