I have a dilated ascending Aorta due to high blood pressure.

My blood pressure has been high for years even when taking medication. It does fluctuate and at times the pressure is normal.

I too have an intra-renal aneurism on my aorta ...
My blood pressure is well-controlled with Amlodipine and Lisinopril but I'm wondering to what extent sex increases blood pressure.
I'm thinkin' any increase in blood pressure could hasten a rupture of the aneurism.
Should I give up sex?

Again, a good question. Definitely ask your doctor.  But you all need surgery, no?
