Should I be worried about my high blood pressure

I have had tests done that show high blood pressure, but I’m only 15. I drink on cup of coffee every morning which I heard is safe for a kid even, and I don’t regularly drink water. I will admit my diet isn’t the best but I’m not overweight and I do eat healthy half the time. It has been a bit since but I used to get sharp sudden chest pains and even after noticing my high blood pressure I haven’t had any recently. When I do physical activity my face gets very red but none of my other skin just my face. Should I be worried from these conditions and what should I stop and start doing.
