Blood on my dog's anus - recent history of gland issues

My 12-1/2 year old lab-mix had a couple back to back bouts of infected anal glands a few months back.  Recently, I've noticed small amounts of blood on her anus and after being away from her for a week, her anus looks somewhat swollen.  My husband was doing an epsom cloth soak every morning and give her 1 silicea 30c.  Not sure what to do at this point to help my pup.  Would belladonna help?  and can i give it to her since she's been taking the silicea?  She doesn't smell and seems to be avoiding the area unlike the last infections.  Any advice would be greatly appreciated
