First thing is that cases of Oral hpv are extremely rare and if they are there, they are not in children as young as you are... What made you to come on a HPV forum at the age of 15? Please see some dentist or oral dermatologist to have a confirmed diagnoses as it doesn't sound like HPV warts at all...
