Anal receptive protected sex

Hi i just wanna ask,I did have sex with some transsexual csw ,but it is protected receptive anal sex,and condom didn't break. So from what i know even if i caught hpv it wouldn't appear inside anus because there was no expose area.So i just wanna ask why some people say even when you use condom there is still some risk for catching hpv?Is that risk big or small ,how can it happens?Just for expample if i caught hpv but exposed area is not inside anus(protected sex) but some where else on the body, can i have some chance of having anus cancer??even though i heard that its is insanely uncommon. Thanks so much

So my question is for example, some people said that oral sex could lead to oral cancer due to hpv,but if i never have oral sex but still got hpv(other part of the body being exposed to)can i still got oral cancer?Or for example my penis base got some hpv there, does it have some problem with my anus even though when i have sex with transsexual csw i use condom? Is it true that if you don't have hpv virus inside your anus but somewhere else on your body then you're safe from anus cancer??

Because condoms do not cover the base of the penis, the scrotum, thighs, etc, they only provide 50% protection.  Whereas, HIV protection using condoms is 97%.  HIV is a virus that is found in fluids like semen and blood. HPV is a skin disease that is found in genital skin which is everywhere below the belt including legs.
