Well..then you need to trust the doc to know they are warts. It is good to start treatment because the smaller the warts the easier to treat. After a month of acid treatments the amount of warts I was having reduced and with the Aldara it's slow but I don't seem to be getting new ones.
I went to a dermatologist last week and he told me that they are warts :(
He removed me with cryotherapy but warned me that they will probably come back after a month because at first the virus is strong... I will wait and see...

There is no way to know for sure via pics and don't on the forum will not comment on pics. You need to see a dermatologist. :)
