Can I drink if I have hpv?

I'm a teenage female diagnosed with genital wart kind of HPV. I found out about my virus about 2 months ago, and had my warts removed 2 weeks ago through laser surgery; I'm still in recovery mode. My gynocologist made it very clear to me to quit smoking, although I can't fully recall the reason why (I believe the virus tends to persist more on smokers.) Honestly, I am in college, and I do drink ALOT, and I also get really bad hungovers. My doctor said that in order for my body to fight this virus, I must opt for a healthy lifestyle and build a strong inmune system. I know that drinking is not part of the plan when it comes to a "healthy lifestyle", and I'm also aware of the fact that getting hangover is not a positive factor for my inmune system, but I want to know if drinking is definitely out of my life as for now. Will drinking affect my hpv directly (as in the virus) or just my inmune system? (if it just affects my inmune system I know that in the long run it will affect my recovery from the virus, I am aware.) Can I atleast drink in moderation?

I am 20 years old I was diagnosed with cervical cancer type of hpv when I was 12,  (I know I started young) so I had to go every 6 months to get cancer cells frozen in my cervix. If they were there After Maybe a year and a half of healthy diet & exercise my abnormal pap smears became normal!!:) so I got the 9 month treatment shot of gardasil & I'm blessed it went away.. so no drinking would be a good idea & refraining from smokes would be too if you're able to

IMO, the first 6-12 months should be no alcohol or very little. I gave up drinking and 420 for a year to build up my immune system. I also exercised regularly, took lots of vitamins and supplements, got more rest, lost weight, ate healthy and did some meditation to reduce stress. I never smoked cigs. You want to give your immune system a chance to fight the virus and leading a healthier life will do this. Why not stop drinking for 6 months and see what happens?  Or at the very least drink no beer or ale or liquor (these are very bad for fighting the virus) and only drink red wine. That is a better idea than getting trashed and hearing that you still are infectious. I drink now but in moderation and I'm still on the vitamin binge and exercising often.
