Can genital warts disguise itself to look like normal skin?

I was only concerned about hpv after reading symptoms of other sti's. I tested negative for syphilis gonorrhea and hiv and chlamydia only to later find out about thichmoniasis. Which caused pid. That treatment resulted in yeast infection and of the skin as well. Meanwhile I am checking my v more often like everyday several times a day looking for some type of bump or wart.all other ailments cleared up. I noticed in the crease of my clit and inner labia a flap of skin. When I stretch it out it get alot smaller in appearance and looks like a line or healing of a cut.its flesh color. I even did the vinegar thing but it did not turn colors. When I told my doctor about it she refused to look at it to diagnose it or see wht it is. I am going crazy as I do not have insurance and don't want to rush to the doctor if it something that been there or part of my analogy. I can't stop obsessing about it.it distracts me greatly and causing me emotional distress. Can a wart disguise itself to look like normal skin markings? Can a wart remain small? What else could this be? I don't thinks it's a skin tag either and it don't look like any other pics online.

Warts come in many colors, shapes and sizes. Please see your GYN and ask for a pap smear and HPV test. Or see a dermatologist. If it is a wart, they will know!
