Crazy Internal Anal Warts Keep Growing!!

Hi there. I think I have internal anal wart. I disinfected my finger and put it in and it felt like a rocky road!! I think there's a wart fortress in there... I'm an oversea student now in London, with no benefits how much would it cost to do any type of treatments? I'm poor, almost broke, just started doing 2 jobs. When will the warts stop growing because i can feel it growing by the hour! Whenever I feel an itch I felt another one popped out... So disgusting! I'm so angry! I only had bareback sex once when I was young and stupid after an all clear test and I even know who that person was because I only had bareback sex with that person and it had to be bareback sex to have to wart infected all the way deep inside my ***! Out of so many men I slept with he's the only one I didn't have sex with a condom because he said he used them all. Don't ever have bareback sex once everyone for any reasons guy!! It's not worth it! Anyway I was diagnosed 3 years ago with HPV and I thought my body would have suppressed it already by now. I guess going to another country on my own with bad eating and sleeping habits my immune system is low. Anyway if I have a healthy life style again would it help slow or stop anal warts from growing. I really have no money or time to do any expensive treatments. I saw on a post online that it can grow for several months! At this rate I won't even be able to go on stool if they grow for several months!! And it's constantly bleeding, that to me feels like it's constantly growing!! Disgusting! Please help me. I'm so helpless I don't know what to do... I want it to stop growing now and I want to live a normal life and be able to have sex, but may be this time with a stable partner (or two) from now on. Please answer my questions, I would really appreciate it! Thank you!

By the way I just stuffed a folded piece of toilet paper in my anus. In the hope to keep some bits try so it can slow down growth and also absorb some blood. It also help evade that prickly feeling between warts rubbing against eat other in my anus which was a disgusting feeling.

I have a thought. Would wart spread to my internal organs? I don't know how deep the warts are. If they keep growing would they block some blood vessel or something? I'm getting scared now... Don't want to get a stroke from freaking HPV!! And I've been having a very mild fever, running nose, dry cough and mild muscle ache. I noticed it because when I go out i have this weird sweat that I don't usually get that when I'm normal. And I'm tired too and sleepy. Please help me!! Don't want to die still have dreams...
