Does HPV / Genital Warts lead to Penile Cancer?

I was diagnosed with genital warts last year (on testicles and penis) but they seem to be clearing up by themselves. However, I am now worried that once the genital warts are gone, they could lead to penile cancer in later years....

I have no risk of anal cancer. The warts were mainly on my penis and testicle sack.

All cancers are rare from the low risk kind that produces warts. You should not worry about any cancer from this because that leads to stress which can result in more warts.
