Genital warts, does is it really go away?

about myself, im 35..
Had my initial outbreak when i was 19, was treated and cleared, got infected again at the age of 23, then 29, 30 and present (35).
Had an active sexual activties in between.
So, its impossible to tell if it’s a reactivation or reinfection.
Got vaccinated with the quadvalent vaccine when i was 23, completed all 3 dose... now i decided to get vaccinated with the new 9valent gardasil, had my first shot 2 weeks back.
There’s a lot of conflicting information in the internet, which cos more harm done good... everytime i experience an episode, anxiety kicks in... and going back reading researchs and conflicting information is just gonna add up on your mental stress.
So I suggest to just stick to CDC and WHO’s take on the matter.. everything else are garbage.
Fact is, no “experts” do really understand how the virus works.
While there’s no cure for the virus itself, i strongly believe that lifestyle, immune system status, plays a big part in “clearing” or “keeping it in check”.
I strongly believe that majority really do takes care of the virus, and these success stories never really post their stories online... leaving the desperates, frustated people, still with the condition all together, looking for answers...
My take is this... each people is different, and how would the virus act in each body is gonna be different too. Some people clears the virus fast, and some will just have to wait longer... but, again, lifestyle and how you treat the symptoms plays a big part on how fast will you take care of the condition...
And of course, look for the right doctor. Never stick with a physician who’s not willing to give all to help you out.
Treatment wise, look for what works for you... what may work for him may not work for you. As ive said, different body, different viral reaction.
Keep the faith, unless you have underlying condition such as diabetes, or other immuno compromising condition... you should be able to get through with this.
It’s a trial and error thing, i believe...
Hope to keep each other posted guys.
