HELP genital warts keep coming back and skin is stretched?

I’m really in need of help. I had noticed some warts appear on my vagina, on the vulva and a few on the outside about 6 weeks ago.

I have had them frozen twice with about 4 weeks in between each treatment. The second time has really burnt me and is so very sore, it was a different doctor who seemed to be in a rush. I was given warticon the first time but that did not do much.

I have noticed more have come back at the bottom of the hole of the vagina, they seemed to have clustered around there before.

I am unable to tell if the extra bit of skin at the bottom is still warts and making it spread!? Or if it has just stretched from where the warts were before!? I am wondering how likely it is that I can get his extra bit of skin cut off?

I am totally in dispare as I haven’t had many partners and never had a problem like this before, I am so tempted to cut this bit of skin away myself as it looks awful and bizarre!

I just don’t know what to do, I have a new partner and we have not had any sexual interaction but I have been completely honest with him. Turns out he has already been with someone who has had the warts and he is circumsized so does this make the risk lower for him to catch them!?

Please someone help :(

Having hpv warts means you have to accept the pattern of events you'll have to go through for the next year or two. You'll have wart outbreaks every 1-3 months or so for around a year. Some people have them for up to two years. When you see some, go get them removed and chill. When more come, remove those. At some point, usually after a year but sometimes up to two, you'll realize 4-6 months have gone by without any warts. You can now become cautiously optimistic that your body is controlling outbreaks. After 6 months, be more optimistic. Once you've hit a year with no warts, be very optimistic that you've moved past the outbreak portion. You still carry the virus, but you're probably not going to transfer it anymore.  At this point you can enjoy sexual activity without that nagging fear in your head. You can be sexually active long before that, but keep in mind you are still in the potentially contagious period. Going forward, always use protection especially in random encounters.

That's my take on things.

He can get warts just as easily as an uncircumcised man.  Circumcision only makes them more easily spotted.  Venereal warts generally take several months to disappear to the point where they'll not reappear (i.e., "cured").  You're going to have to put your sex life on hold for a while and be patient with treatment.  Oral would probably be OK, though.  Make sure he keeps his hands off of your privates, though.  He can possibly infect himself "by hand."
