HPV or something else?

Hello,

Bit of a long story...

7 weeks ago I experienced blood in the semen, not a big deal says my GP.  The week after that I experienced a dry testicle ache which went away after about a week.  That was followed by 2 weeks of a burning urethra, not during urination but just in general, and I had a hard time urinating.  These symptoms have since dissipated and 2 weeks ago I noticed 3 small circular discolorations of the skin on the top side of the shaft of my penis.  They are not raised and are not ulcers.  3 different docs all say they don't look like HPV but I'm not so sure.  I have a constant burning sensation off the skin around that area that is driving me nuts.  I have changed soaps and detergents, have tested negative for gonorrea, chlamydia, and syphillis 3 times.  Have done 2 swabs of the area for herpes which were also negative.

what could be causing this ongoing burning sensation and what are these 3 circular spots on my penis?  They weren't there before so where could they have come from?  I have been having anxiety attacks and haven't slept in 2 weeks as a result.

Any info or feedback would be amazing!

this doesn't sound like a hpv issue at all.

you should post about your issues on the std forum for more help.

I should also mention, the only sexual contact I have had was unprotected oral sex from a female 6 months ago.  that's it.
