Hpv? Fordyce? Not sure what tgis is (pics included)

I’ve been married and with the same woman for 6 years. I’ve recently noticed some spots on the underside of my penis shaft on the left and right side. They look like warts but might be fordyce spots? I’ve been faithful and I’m sure she has too. I did have sex multiple times with my girlfriend before I got together with my future wife. She told me she had HPV but I thought nothing of it because I thought it didn’t do anything to men. Would it lay dormant for that long? Would stress cause it to pop up? I’ve been more stressed than I ever have been in my life the past month or so. I e included pictures below with what I’m talking about. Thanks for any help.
