If I did Oral sex with a woman can I get HPV anally

I did oral sex on a woman 6 weeks ago, freaked out the next day and got 10 days of doxycycline (100 mg twice a day), and then got the single-dose treatment for trich, hoping to keep myself healthy.  Now I notice I have what looks to me like HPV warts around my anus.  Is this possible????  If I get the virus into my system via my mouth, can they show up anally???
Thanks for any guidance.
One other question, why are the HPV vaccines limited to children and young adults?  Can't a paranoid old guy (48) get them too???
Thanks

Thanks for the response.  Would love to hear from a Dr. on this though.  If I have never had any "rear-end play" then how would I get them there, if this is the case???  I imagine if someone was infected and we had sex with her on top, its possible that bodily fluids would find there way down there, but other than that, I'm stumped.  I REALLY REALLY need to know on this because my whole life is flashing before my eyes (you have no idea) how bad this might turn out for me.  UGH!  Thanks for any help.

First I want to answer the easy question. After age 20 or so, the vaccine will not help or work on someone older. As to the other issue, HPV will cause warts and whatever during any kind of oral sex in the mouth or throat. I haven't heard of it spreading from mouth all the way to the anus. I believe if someone performed oral sex to you, wherever, and has HPV of the mouth, can give you HPV wherever the oral sex was performed. It's so sad that there is so many things to be careful about!!
