Oral HPV or what?

I just want to say thank you in advance to anyone who takes the time to answer this question. I really wanted to post on ask an expert, but it keeps saying the limit for questions have been reached for that day. Anyway, here is my story. On Oct 20, 20010 I was visiting with an ex-girlfriend and one thing led to another, then soon we were making out heavy. French kissing groping, dry humping. She has genital warts so I was not going to do anything else other than kiss and touch her breast. I remember her touching herself on her genitals, then she rubbed her nipple, and even though I was trying to remember not to, I forgot and sucked the nipple she was touching. I left think nothing of it, bought a milk shake at McD's and went home. Now, that same night I fell asleep at my table with more arm holding up my head in a perfect position that I didn't nod and wake myself up. When I did come to, I noticed I had the tip of my tongue and the sides pinched between my teeth and was very dry because my mouth was slightly open. I shook the cob webs off then I noticed my tongue had fallen asleep, just like your arm or leg and was dry as sandpaper. I didn't think much of that either simply went to bed. That was Wed 10/20/10. The next day my tongue hurt real bad. it felt like I burned it or when you put a 9 volt to your tongue, but it was constantly. Simply breathing through my mouth gave me a stinging ripping feeling to the back of my throat. First thing that came to mind was oral HPV!!!! This was 4 weeks ago and I'm still having sensitivity and weird pain/tingling on the tip, on one side of tongue that sort of switches sides, and  on either side to the back near where the tonsils connect. I went to the dentist on mon 10/25/10, but he said he saw nothing and didn't think I should worry. (didn't tell him about ex girlfriend experience) To make a long story short I guess I have 3 questions:
1) Can hpv(genital warts kind) go from her hand touching privates, to touching nipple, to then infect my mouth, when I sucked it? I've heard about the "perfect infection situation"
2) Can the sleeping with my tongue pinched cause the issues I'm dealing with my tongue, for over 1 month?
3) Can the vigorous sucking of the milkshake be the cause, (I highly doubt it) but those are the 3 events that I'm suspecting this can be caused by. FYI I had put the milkshake in freezer so it wouldn't thaw(but kind of froze) so it was extra hard to drink through straw.

Sorry about the long winded question, but this has me really down thinking I contracted oral HPV  for something as stupid as making out then sucking a nipple. No oral sex or genital contact at all, just kissing groping and the aforementioned nipple sucking that may have come in contact with the hand she was touching herself.
Any response would be greatly appreciated. I have scoured all the questions previously answered but can't really find something that would fit this strange situation.
Thanks again.
One last thing I was trying to pay for the privilege to post to experts I don't get that option for DrHHH, maybe I'm just missing a link or something. Any answers would really help me out I'm really stressed about this!!! I'm going to go see the Dentist again, and if he is not helpful will make appt with ENT.

Thanks for the reply. I went to the dentist today and he just smoothed out some bottom front teeth and said not to worry, I really don't think the pain is coming from a sharp tooth. I 'm really upset still and I think I'm going to go to the  ER to see an ENT, this is driving me nuts, I can't sleep well and have this constant worrying. How did you get diagnosed Tom and what were your symptoms? How did you contract oral HPV?

I really doubt you'd know yet anyway. I think it's from falling asleep. I had throat surgery on my oral HPV and they warned me that my tongue could go numb and take weeks to recover. It didn't go numb, so I got that going for me.
